Tom, J.D., CLU, ChFC, MSFS, is the President and Owner of Circle Advisers, Inc. He is highly experienced in all areas of wealth management, investments, retirement, estate planning and executive compensation planning. Tom is very knowledgeable in the use of life insurance for corporate purposes such as key man and buy/sell funding, and as a planning tool in high-new worth estates.

Tom is a Tax Attorney with a J.D. from Fordham University Law School. He also holds a Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) and is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).

Tom is an alumnus of Holy Cross College and the Archbishop Stepinac High School. Currently, he is the Vice Chairman of Stepinac’s Board of Trustees and is actively involved with the school’s capital campaign as President of the Development Council. Tom and his wife Kathy live in Scarsdale, NY, and have three adult children and six grandsons.

A life-long resident of Scarsdale, Tom was elected a Town & Village Trustee in 2013. In 2014, he was named Fire Commissioner and Chair of the Town's Finance Committee.
